Terms of use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you play Under One Flame. We have kept them short and plain. By signing in and accepting them in the game, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Under One Flame is made and run by Meliorit Consulting AB, a company in Sweden (“we”, “us”), organization number 556840-4650. You can reach us at . How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy notice.

2. Who can play

Players must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live (18 in most countries), you need a parent's or guardian's permission to play and to accept these terms, so please read them together. We may close accounts that belong to players under 13.

3. Your account

  • One account per person. You sign in with your Google account, and you may have one game account. Don't play with more than one account, and don't share your account with others.
  • Accounts are personal. Your account can't be sold, bought, traded, given away or lent, for money or anything else. An account that changes hands may be banned, and so may any other account involved in the trade.
  • Keep your Google account safe. Your game account is tied to the Google account you sign in with. If you lose access to it, use Google's own account recovery. We don't recover game accounts and can't move a game account to another Google account. In exceptional cases we may, at our sole discretion, help move an account to another Google account; you have no right to this, and we may refuse without giving reasons.

4. Fair play

The game is only fun if everyone plays by the same rules. You may not:

  • use cheats, bots, scripts, automation or modified versions of the app, or anything else that plays for you or gives you an unfair advantage;
  • exploit bugs or errors in the game to gain an advantage. If you find one, please report it to us instead (see Support);
  • use extra accounts to help yourself or others, for example to send resources or to farm another account;
  • attack, overload or try to get into our servers, or reach the game other than through our app;
  • harass, threaten or cheat other players, or pretend to be us or someone else.

Playing hard, forming alliances and beating other players in battle is the game; that is allowed and expected.

5. Names and messages

Your Lord name, city names and the messages you write are seen by other players. Keep them free of hate, harassment, sexual content, threats, other people's personal information and anything illegal. We may rename or remove anything that breaks this rule. You keep the rights to what you write, and you allow us to show it in the game for as long as it is there.

6. Warnings, suspensions and bans

If you break these terms, we may, at our discretion and in proportion to what happened, warn you, suspend your account for a time, ban it for good, and remove what it holds or gained, such as resources, troops or items. In serious cases, such as cheating with bots or trading accounts, we may ban straight away. A ban applies to your account and the Google account it is tied to.

We always tell you the reason, in the game (for example as a message in your Messages screen) or by email. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal with a support ticket in the game or by emailing , and we will look at it again and tell you what we decided. Until the game has support tickets, email is the way to appeal.

7. A game in development

Under One Flame is still being made. During testing, things will change, break and be fixed. We may change any part of the game, reset game worlds or accounts' progress, pause the game for maintenance, or end a test, and this may happen without notice. Progress during testing may not carry over to later versions; progress from the first, small test with invited players will be reset before the wider alpha. These rules are written for a free game in testing; before purchases exist, we will revise them (see Virtual items).

8. Virtual items

Resources, gems, items and anything else in the game are part of the game. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and are not your property: they stay ours, and you have a personal right to use them in the game while your account exists. Selling or buying them outside the game is not allowed.

The game has no purchases yet. Before purchases arrive, we will add to these terms how they work, how refunds and your right of withdrawal work, and what happens to what you bought if the game changes or a world closes, and we will ask you to accept them again. Your rights as a consumer apply to purchases whatever these terms say about virtual items.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep the game running, fair and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, especially while it is being tested. The game is provided as it is during testing.

We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages at our providers, problems with your device or internet connection, or other players breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

10. Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see Delete your account and data). We may close the game or a game world; if we close the game for good after purchases exist, we will tell you in advance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when new features arrive. When we do, the game shows you the new terms and asks you to accept them before you play on. The date above shows when this page last changed. If you don't accept a change, you can stop playing and have your account deleted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If we disagree about something, please contact us first; we would much rather sort it out together. Disputes that can't be resolved are decided by the courts of Sweden, or, if you are a consumer, by the courts where you live if the law gives you that right.
